Generative AI is profoundly transforming the way organizations work, create and make decisions. In the space of just a few months, tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot have gone from being technological curiosities to real levers for productivity and innovation. This 4-hour training course offers a clear, concrete and structured dive into the world of generative AI: what it really is, what it can do, and above all how to use it responsibly and effectively in a business context. Through concrete examples, demonstrations and practical exercises, participants will learn how to formulate better prompts, identify high-impact use cases in their organization, and develop a critical eye for quality, confidentiality and ethical issues.
