Workshop objective:

This 2-hour workshop is designed to help OHS managers in the construction sector better understand the psychosocial risks associated with Bill 27, and to integrate them concretely into their OHS culture. Throughout the course, you will be asked to draw up your own action plan for integration into your organization.

What the training aims to achieve

The training enables participants to recognize the main psychosocial risks that can occur in their company, to reflect on their current OHS plan and to identify the first actions to be taken to prevent human issues linked to workload, support, recognition, autonomy and organizational justice.

Who should attend

This course is aimed at people involved in prevention, management or team supervision within construction companies, particularly SMEs.

In particular, it aims to :

  • Managers and entrepreneurs;
  • OHS managers;
  • Liaison officers;
  • OHS committee members;
  • Managers, foremen or supervisors;
  • Administrative managers called upon to contribute to the OHS plan or to the management of human issues.

It is particularly relevant for companies wishing to better understand their obligations under Law 27, and to integrate psychosocial risks into their OHS culture in a simple, practical way that is adapted to their reality on the ground.

Summary of training content

This 2-hour training course will enable participants to :

  • Understand the place of psychosocial risks in the obligations linked to Law 27;
  • Recognize the main categories of psychosocial risk: workload, support, recognition, autonomy and organizational justice;
  • Make concrete links with the realities of the construction industry: worksites, offices, managers, foremen, OHS managers and field teams;
  • Identify risk signals that may be present in their company;
  • Reflect on their current OHS plan and the mechanisms already in place;
  • Identify the people to involve in the process;
  • Initiate a simple game plan with the first actions to be taken to integrate psychosocial risks into their OHS culture.

Cancellation / Modification

All requests to cancel or modify an activity must be made in writing.3 working days before the event. QPAT retains the full amount of the registration fee if the request to cancel the activity is made by2 working days or less.

In all cases, APECQ agrees to modify the activity at no charge. In addition, it is possible to be replaced by another person to whom the certificate will be sent.

APECQ reserves the right to cancel any training activity. In such a case, ACOEQ's sole responsibility will be to refund in full the registration fees paid by the participant.
