Preventing Work-Related Psychosocial Risks

Addressing work-related psychosocial risks is of great importance in ensuring a healthy and safe work environment for workers. This workshop aims to raise awareness and inform participants about the rights and obligations of employers and workers regarding mental health in the workplace and to familiarize them with how to manage these risks.

Main objectives:

Outline the legal requirements regarding the prevention and management of psychosocial risks in the workplace.

Define and explain the main psychosocial risk factors in the workplace: high workload, little recognition, limited decision-making autonomy, little support from colleagues and managers, and a lack of organizational justice.

Equip participants to identify, correct, and monitor Psychosocial risk factors in the workplace

Raise awareness of the resources and the tools related to the prevention of psychosocial risk factors in the workplace

Cancellation / Modification

All requests to cancel or modify an activity must be made in writing.3 working days before the event. QPAT retains the full amount of the registration fee if the request to cancel the activity is made by2 working days or less.

In all cases, APECQ agrees to modify the activity at no charge. In addition, it is possible to be replaced by another person to whom the certificate will be sent.

APECQ reserves the right to cancel any training activity. In such a case, ACOEQ's sole responsibility will be to refund in full the registration fees paid by the participant.
